After receiving your confirmation and recording your order, in case of a translation job, we proceed as follows:

- if necessary we convert the document in editable format to be readable in our translation assistance software
- we choose the appropriate translator or translators for the job regarding the type of the order, the size of the document and the timeframe of the job
- we outsource the job to the most suitable translators
