We perform and deliver the requested service on time and under the terms agreed upon, and we will consider it completed after your written confirmation of receipt.
In case of translation service, once the document is completed (translated and/or revised), we run internally quality assurance (QA) checks (integrated into CAT tools) to detect errors like inconsistencies, omissions, wrong number formats, punctuation, missing brackets, double spaces.
After all checks are completed, the target document will be delivered online or by mail.
In case of interpretation service, once the interpreting event is over, it will be evaluated taking into account the client’s satisfaction. All feedback will be considered in future assignments.
