Our translation agency offers high-quality translation services for local and international clients, from small to large companies in various industries. We offer cost-efficient services using up-to-date translation assistance tools in more than 30 language combinations, with the help of more than 300 native translators.
As a related service, we also undertake editing tasks converting source-text materials prepared with different document-editing programs (e.g. Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator) into easily editable formats which can be read by our translation assistance software.
Integral part of our translation services are the internal Quality Assurance (QA) checks. We run QA-checks on each of our jobs to detect errors like inconsistencies, omissions, wrong number formats, punctuation, missing brackets, double spaces and in order to meet the clients’ requirements on the highest levels.
One of our most important specialities are is the technical translations. We provide technical translations for different sectors and from different source languages (especially German, English and Hungarian) into a high number of Eastern and Western European target languages.

Professional translation
As our native speaking professional translators are expertise in different fields, from technical to marketing, from finance to legal, they can translate even the unique and client-specific jargon of a given industry or sector in a reliable manner and in high quality.
The translated documents are then checked by a second native translator for technical language, terminology and proper language use. On the translated and revised documents our project management run a final QA-check to correct the spelling mistakes, double spaces, inconsistencies, double space. This three-step process guarantees the expected high quality.
Official translation
A declaration of conformity is attached to the translation by our office attesting that the translation was prepared by a certified translator and that its content and meaning fully corresponds to the source language text. Official translation declarations are attached only in cases where the translation was subject to four-eyes principle revision. The declaration, drawn up in the target language, is signed and sealed and attached to the translation and the original material or to its authentic copy when delivered to the client. Translations containing such a declaration are accepted by most institutions and authorities in and outside Hungary. It is the client’s obligation to research if for the institution requesting the document that such proof of translation is sufficient.
Attested translation
The preparation of attested translation is regulated by Decree 24/1986. (VI.26.) of the Council of Ministers on translation and interpretation in Hungary. The authenticity of the translation, that is, its full compliance with the original document is attested by the certified translator or translation agency by an attestation clause which is attached to the translation and the original document and is then sealed. It can be ordered for translations subject to four-eyes principle revision only, against an attestation fee.
Our translation agency is entitled to provide attested translation solely for company documents (e.g., extracts from company register, company documents, contracts, balance sheets etc.) to be used in Hungary only and from any of the official EU languages into Hungarian. In every other case, only the Országos Fordító és Fordításhitelesítő Iroda Zrt. (OFFI, Hungarian Office for Translation and Attestation Ltd) is entitled to prepare an attested translation.
OFFI may provide attestation for Hungarian only, but not for other languages.
